Spaghetti Squash is delicious alternative to pasta. It hits the spot for those evening when you need to make a simple, comfort food meal, is low carb, and full of vitamin C. Enjoy this simple recipe from Couple Berry Farms.
1 Spaghetti Squash
Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti sauce of choice.
Preheat your oven to 350. Cut your spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Place in large baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes.
Take out of the oven and let cool a bit so you can handle it. Use a fork and scrape down in the direction of the squash’s string pattern. If you do it the other direction, you may possibly mash the strings, and it won’t be very spaghetti-esque.
Top with butter and salt, Parmesan cheese, or your favorite spaghetti sauce, and enjoy!
